Poolsuite - Grand Leisure

The Problem

Grand Leisure is an NFT avatar offering by Poolsuite with an exquisite minting experience unlike any seen in the NFT space to date. With the Leisurist 3000, an 80s-inspired character building computer, anyone from anywhere can configure several different avatar traits and choose from over 2 BILLION possible combinations to craft their unique Leisurist to their tastes and mint it for eternity on Ethereum.

The Solution

Members of the Poolsuite universe expect nothing less than a meticulously crafted experience that is elegant, weird and fun at the same time.

The first challenge was to support this high quality Leisurist 3000 experience by building a custom live preview engine that could respond to a user’s selected configuration and generate a preview of their Leisurist on the fly. With extremely detailed, large 3000x3000 images, we used every compression and caching strategy available to keep the experience smooth and fast for Poolsuite’s enthusiastic minters.
